Adult Table Tennis Opportunities

As well as providing opportunities for young people to play table tennis some of our sessions and clubs are open to all ages for 7 to 70 onwards. Indeed we are always looking at ways to develop more opportunities for adults. We realise that not all adults wish to play competitively or even receive coaching. although this is available to those that wish to take up these opportunities, so we welcome social players who either wish to play occassionally or regularly. Many adults come back to the sport in later years and table tennis is an ideal way to keep mind, spirit and body in good shape. We are always delighted to hear from those wishing to come back to the sport, even after many years away from the table. Whilst the sport has changed over the years it is still a great social sport and can bring many hours of fun. Our equipment is of a good standard and suitable for those who use a wheelchair. We also have a supply of bats to loan out so if you dont have one then dont worry. We currently operate clubs suitable for adults in the Sidley and Pebsham areas of Bexhill but aim to add other areas in the future so its always worth getting in touch to see if we can help you, Iur Sidley Club operate in the early evening and is for all age, whilst our Pebsham Club operates mid morning and is for adults only who are available at that time.
