Our Senior Social Table Tennis Club is just that, A great way to socialise with friends and new ones of course!. A fantastic way to get moving with some gentle exercise and play a game of table tennis. Table Tennis is great for the mind, body and social and has proven a great aid in helping with Dementia and Parkinsons. Infact Table Tennis is a perfect way to help with a lot of health issues we all face as we age. The club provides a supportive and freindly atmosphere with our coach on hand to give you hints and tips to support you during your sessions. Why not also pop into the Pebham Hub Cafe for a drink and /or a light snack after the session. The well presented Cafe opens between 9.30 ans 1.30. The club was initially set up with funding from Active Rother & Rother District Council . Please contact us if you have any questions.
