The Table Tennis England Young Officials Award has been produced in partnership with the Youth Sport Trust, its main aim is to encourage more young people into umpiring and officiating in Table Tennis. The four hour course covers: • how to organise and deliver a wide variety of competition formats, which can be used in schools and clubs such as; Butterfly Skills Circuit, top table, lader and group/knockout competitions. • an introduction to basic umpiring skills. During the course you will also complete the TTE Junior Umpires Award, unless you are lucky to have already done so. Table Tennis Rother are looking to organise a course in the coming year. Details will be sent out to our members nearer the time and published on this website.
