Table Tennis Rother, following a visit to the

Pebsham Community Hub in Bexhill, are

currently in the stages of planning a new

session at the venue.

The sessions will initially be for 9 to 13 year olds. We are currently working with partners to bring this session onboard and hope to have some news during the summer. If all goes well the sessions should launch for the new school academic year in September.

Icklesham Primary School, near Rye, has

bounced into action with their new after school

table tennis club. With support from Active

Sussex children from years 3 to 6 are able to

enjoy weekly sessions of fun and skills

Icklesham demonstrates that the sport is an

ideal offering to pupils in a smaller rural school

where opportunities for sporting activities and

clubs may be limited. We have provided a total

of 3 tables which fit nicely in their small hall and

occupy very litte space when stored.

Any school looking for a new after school provision are welcome to contact us to discuss opportunities that table tennis can offer.
