Session Details

Day: Mondays Time: 6.00pm to 7.00pm Venue: Bexhill Academy, Gunters Lane, Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex Cost: Introductory Offer *£2.50 per session for 4 weeks then £4.00 ( First week FREE) Other Information: All equipment is provided but you are welcome to bring your own. Young people will be present for part of the session. • Offer ends 1st February 2023 available to new players only.

This new session is for older adults wishing to get back into a sport in a more relaxed way. Table Tennis is a great way to get back into some gentle exercise after Covid where many have lost the routine of playing sport and excercising . It is also a great way to socialise. A qualified coach is available to help you where you need assistance and can provide hints , tips and some skills advice as you progress. We are delighted to have recieved support from Active Rother (Rother District Council) which means we can offer a Free session plus an introdctory price to help get you going. You dont need any equipment as we can provide a bat and ball for your use, not forgetting a table! If you would like to come along please just turn up. Of course its nice to know you are coming in advance so we can offer you a personal welcome as well as answer any questions you may have before you attend.
